The problem
A shelter is mostly volunteers, and its paperwork is legally binding.
Vaccination schedules depended on somebody remembering. Adoption contracts were printed, signed in person, photographed and then lost. When an animal moved from foster care to a permanent home, four records had to be updated by hand, and the public site, where every adoption starts, could only be changed by asking a developer.
The contract follows the animal
The animal is the spine and the paperwork follows it. Placing an animal with a foster family generates the contract, already filled in. Signing it archives the PDF, updates the status, closes the placement and writes the audit trail in one transaction.
What used to depend on memory now runs on scheduled workers: vaccination due dates raise alerts, unresolved alerts escalate to the administrators and appointments send reminders. The public site is edited in place, in both languages, by the shelter itself.

What it does
Animal records
Health and vaccinations, behaviour, photo galleries, documents, and a full status and location history for every animal.
Foster placement
Foster families with household details, capacity and incident history, and a pre-filled contract the moment a placement is made.
Contracts and e-signature
Templates with live variables, a unique time-limited signing link, draw-to-sign in the browser and the signed PDF archived to the animal.
Alerts that escalate
Vaccination and care deadlines raise alerts automatically; if one goes unresolved it escalates to every administrator.
Adoption funnel
Public enquiries, adoption questionnaires and requests land in one inbox and move through review to an approved adopter.
